Parenting adolescents and young adults can feel overwhelming especially when your child is struggling. If you’re feeling confused, exhausted, scared, or unsure what to do next, this support group is for you.

Who This Is For
Parents and caregivers of adolescents and young adults navigating challenges such as:

  • Anxiety, depression, or emotional distress

  • Substance use or risky behaviors

  • School avoidance, failure to launch, or disengagement

  • Family conflict or communication breakdown

  • Difficulty setting limits or maintaining boundaries

  • Major life transitions or crises

You do not need a diagnosis. You do not need to have answers. You just need to show up.

  • How to set and hold boundaries with compassion

  • How to reduce power struggles and reactivity

  • How to support your child without enabling

  • How to care for yourself while caring for them
