Event Details for Vendors
Dates: September 24th & 25th
Location:Lafayette Public Library Don Tatzin Community Hall
Thursday, September 24th:
Event runs from 5-8 PM
Each program will have one 6 ft. table and two chairs
All vendors will have 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown each day
Friday, September 24th:
Networking event: 8 AM - 4 PM
Meet one-on-one with up to 20 referring professionals
Includes breaks and lunch
Each program will have a 6 ft. table and two chairs
All vendors will have 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown each day
Attendance Expectation:
Spots are for 1 program representative. If you plan to have more, please register them separately.
If you sign up for both days, attendance is required for both days.
If unable to attend both days, please register only for Thursday.
Refunds available until 1 month before the event; after that date, no refunds will be offered.
