Each Vendor will be provided one table and 2 chairs
Event Details:
Date: Thursday, September 24th
Time: 5:00-8:00 PM
Setup Time: 4:30-5:00 PM
Breakdown Time: 8:00-8:30 PM
Location:Lafayette Public Library Don Tatzin Community Hall
Vendor Requirements:
Please ensure you arrive on time for setup to ensure a smooth start to the event.
Each vendor is responsible for their own materials and equipment needed for the fair.
Plan to have your materials ready by 5:00 PM as the event will begin promptly.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds up to 1 month prior to the event. After that point no refunds.
